Campaign commercial touts Louisville as one of Americas Safest Cities

What a joke?? !0th safest city yeah right!

I can't believe the people who actually believe this commercial. How he is keeping the metro safe. Like he has actually done anything to help the police or fire departments. He has done nothing. His radio system failed the night of the big rain. In an emergency when it was needed the most officer had to communicate by phone. His solution to the radio system (urban / suburban) is to install each in everyones car. At what cost is this taking place. I am sure no one in the public knows that their tax dollars are going for something to put a bandaid on the radio system and not fix anything. I also wonder when the last time jerry was at the repair of anything let alone a pot-hole. I have called in pot-holes many times and have had to call in a couple more times. There are no more officers on the street than before merger. PEOPLE it actually takes 1 year to get an officer on the street by themself. THIS is where they actually count as someone who can protect your streets, not when they are in training.

I have a question for all you jerry suporters out there; exactly what is jerry running on, his platform? All I have heard from him is a pep rally on how great a job he has done in the past, nothing about what he wants to do in the future.

I guess the ones for Jerry have never been to a real metropolitan city and seen first hand how far behind we are and what has not been accomplished under the current mayor's tenure..... he is a professional salesman..... that has sold the community on his BS.... I do feel there is a lot of padding of the pockets going on .... giving of contracts and under the table bidding.... as well as sneaky practices
