This reminds me so much of a situation that took palce at CHAMPS roller ring two years ago. There was a crowd of 400 teenagers waiting outside to get into an event at CHAMPS. The inside was already beyond max and way to many people inside. Deputies and Officers where working off duty. I myself was working dispatch. A female Juvenile inside had began a fight with a weapon and deputies had palced her in custody and called for a car to take her to JCYC. AS the car pulled up to transport the subject,
