LMPD had a wonderful turnout at Constable Kiser's funeral - the honor guard did their usual outstanding job. KSP, Lexington and Bowling Green, along with a number of the local agencies, were also in attendance and contributed much to the funeral. I know the family was amazed and overwhelmed with the tremendous response to the tragic situation.
And I can't forget the LMPD Explorers, also did a super job.
Constable Kiser is very much a loss to the Carter County / Olive Hill community.
