Suspect Dies After Police Use Taser Three Times During Arrest

When there is a scene starting, of what ever reason or cause. When it becomes violet and aggresive. What part of the phrase " STOP or I'LL SHOOT" am I not to understand. You never know what I have tucked in my waist band. If I try fighting with the officer, what part of that didn't I think that the officer would return with their resources.

The Taser is a good tool for the right time. The Baton is good if I come at you with a club swinging. But with a Taser, I could not get that close.

I would hate the thought of fighting with a Police Officer, they all have the training to prevent contact where i can get close to the weapon.

If I am drunk out of my mind or high on drugs, then a soft set of rules are in line already. You can see it in my eyes that I am not really here in the real world.

I feel sure that all officers use the Taser as a "second to last option" at a scene.

I believe, it is all related to up bring and family belief.

In 1968 (I was 15 riding my bike) and stopped at the local gas station that was next door to a local "beer joint". A fight had already broke out. 2 to 3 people had their knives out standing around like a rumblle will start.

A Police car comes into the parking lot sliding on the gravel as he puts it into park. The officer fires one round of his shot gun into the air - - you could of heard a pin drop after that. The fight was over. BECAUSE the Police Dept. was there. They respected the Police.

What part of our standards did we not pass on the our kids?

We have heard from a lot of people on what Police should do during a incounter were someone becomes aggresive towards police.Most of them not having a clue what it is like being attacked by someone out of their minds or high on drugs. People in this state most likely feel no pain or their pain level's are very high. ?Tasers should only be used in cases where there is an immediate threat to human life,? How dumb is that statement? One of the worst I have ever heard. Unless it's the person who made the statement. now if she was in immediate threat of lossing her life maybe i would think about useing my Taser. ALL others will be meet with deadly force as needed. If you can't support your Police or second guess them all the time just do them a favor and handle it yourself and don't call them for your troubles
