Suspect Dies After Police Use Taser Three Times During Arrest

If a person has other medical conditions, a taser (or any electric shock) can certainly be their immediate cause of death, but that doesn't mean that the officer who used the taser was wrong. I do wish, however, that the LMPD would tell the media exactly what this guy WAS doing in the middle of the intersection.
