Personal lives - yes - identifying yourself as a cop with a specific agency AND wearing an identifiable agency uniform - NO - (Supreme Court says so). But ... if it was this officer (and not someone playing a joke on him, which is possible) - why did the city release any document with BIRTHDATES on it? They do NOT have to release that information under Open Records.
