Don't try and find them at the court house, because he has had his record expunged. After 1 year you cn get a misdemeanor expunged and after 5 years a felony.

The city managers will void any media parking ticket. They claim that their parking 'permit' gives them immunity to feed the meters, fire lane violations, etc..
