Jerry was responsible for slamming it into Fire - which didn't want it - Corso made THAT clear - and for letting it languish along - and now he has pulled it OUT of Fire (a decision I agreed with) - but he still can't make it work. Why is there even the distinction STILL between Urban and Suburban? Put them ALL under a single dispatch entity. The dispatch personnel now sit farther apart than they did when they were both dispatching out of the same place and Brook & Bloom.
