And realistically, it is Louisville's responsibility, although it is simply goofy how they are prioritzing these projects. We should have had a truly merged communications system years ago. Remember the "Goals for Greater Louisville" project in th early 90s? The community voted that a merged comm was the number one goal for the community. And I'm wondering if the fact that it actually won't be a county-wide merged system counted against them? How much of the general public realizes that?
