I would like to congratulate all the recipients of awards. It was a tough year for everyone with the death of Peter. It is also hard to work for a Mayor that doesn't appreciate the Police. While Jerry waved the flag and pretended in front of the cameras, he gave nothing to support the banquet and gave us a 2% raise this year to follow th 0% raise he gave us last year.
