A very smart; tough little guy; my hats off to you . Instead of calling the mother names; why aren't you writing tickets for leaving the key's in the car; its against the law; you see people do it all the time; please enforce the law ; it could have been much worse; thank god it wasn't.I think education is the key word; not name calling.
