Go to 6th and Jefferson and take out a warrant on the barking dog's owner or file a lawsuit. There aren't even enough police to handle serious crimes let alone barking dogs. LMPD is perpetually understaffed because the city doesn't have to pay those salaries, so it goes to their slush funds.
