Well, statistically, only about 25 percent of EMS runs DO need transport. And, if they do EMD correctly, they'll know which calls those are, and can have a ambulance on the way at the same time the chase car is sent. Come on guys, this works GREAT in a lot of other places, let's give it a chance.
