Peden is obviously sadly misinformed. The police do not handle animals and we are not the catch all, do all of everything. Why not solve the problem by giving the agency that handles animals the resources they need. Maybe the metro council needs to use a little common sense. Please remember this unqualified people when it is their time for re-election.
