I agree with you.. Everyone that says forget the new hires, it takes 1+year(s) to get them on the street...What in the hell are they talking about. You have to start somewhere, you have to hire and if we never hired because it takes too long to get them on the streets. We would have a force of about 300 cops right now...WE HAVE TO FILL VACANCIES AT SOME POINT.......GEEZZZZZZZZZ
