Well after St.Matthews was put on hold after waiting for 20-30 rings , they were probably told they would have to contact Urban/Suburban. Next they probably had to try 3 different channels to find the K9 Unit and Air Unit. Add two more tries to coordinate the other responding officers and this is probably how it played out. It's amazing that we can get any thing done. But just wait for a couple of more years(?) and we will have new radios and everything will be great.
