Really, how many cops have voted for him (or other Democrats who support him) over the years? Seems like the FOP has endorsed him in the past, right?

Actually, the study indicated that the fire coverage would not affect the city's overall fire rating, and in a few places, would improve it by moving services to more adequately represent the entire original city (remember, the suburban fire districts aren't responsible for the urban area). The Quint "trick" was signed off on by the Fire Chief, I guarantee that Jerry wouldn't know a Quint if it bit him. (A Quint is a particular piece of equipment - not running two pieces of apparatus together and calling them a Quint - that came from LFR - not the Mayor's office.)

And for the record, I've never voted for Abramson and I'm supporting Downard - so I am in no way a Jerry fan, I just want the truth to be what we win on, NOT misinformation.
