I don't know why you think I'm a medic - in fact, I'm a cop certified to teach Taser. Obviously you know nothing of electricity - it is possible to do this when standing, with rubber-soled shoes, for example, breaks the conductivity. But when sitting down, or rolling around, you can pass through the shock because the body is grounded. It won't be as strong as the person getting the initial shock, but it'll wake you up.
