There have only been a couple of instructors over the years that haven't been law enforcement. One was the long-time PT/DT instructor. I think all of the instructors now have been in LE in one way, shape or form, from retired CIS military, to troopers, to deputies, to a variety of city police. All of the instructors in the Louisville office have been cops, mostly from Louisville/Jefferson County.
