You guys are pretty darned ignorant of the law if you don't realize that the sheriff is a constitutional office and can't be "updated for Louisville." Doesn't work that way. And I'm sure that the people in Boone County (policed by a sheriff), Kenton County, Pike County, for that matter, would be suprised to learn that they live on farmland. I've long though we need a mandatory LE exchange program, might do you Louisville boys and girls good to get out and do some real policing, where you don't have
