Oh yeah, and I'm wondering how many of the folks that were evacced will ever go back to LA - how would they get back? The ones left in shelters in TX were the ones with the least ability to fend for themselves. Now they are getting spread out again, with the Rita evacs. Why are we pouring more money into a broken place?
