Actually, by law, we are supposed to have a backup site - so I don't object to developing Barret as that site. However, I cannot comprehend what the delay is in moving into a building that we already own? They built the stadium in less time than it is taking us to move into this building. I can recall several instances when City Hall and police HQ have been under bomb threat and everyone evacced except the dispatch folks - because they didn't know how to do it and didn't really have a site to go
