Our tax $$ at work. Francene said Bailey had a job at U of L paid for by a Federal Grant to help poor kids enter and stay in college. I wonder if he tries to get them to waste their (our) $$ studying the same crap he studies. He has shown that he does not have the judgement , temperment, or common sense to work with kids. He should be kicked off the grant money he gets from the government he evidently hates.
