Sir Friendly C Set To Retire - Will Run For Council Seat

this is about a person who walked away from another officer (a friend of mine) who was in a fight with a suspect saying "I can't fight my own people" He drove off after that. GOD help us if he gets elected to a seat on the council as he will be a pain in our collective asses.

Rumor has it that after his recent shooting involvement that Sir Friendly did not even tell investigating officers, initially, that he fired his weapon. I heard that it was only after other witnesses told the officers about Sir Friendly shooting did he finally admitt to doing so. If that is true then it reeks of untrutfulness, an offense for which Chief White routinely terminates for. Yet, White has a crystal clear record for administering his own brand of justice (discipline) differently according to the race of the involved officers and according to their rank. If anyone has more specific knowledge of this and can set the record straight please do so.

So far, rumor has it (and it is just a rumor right now) that he tried to cover up the fact that he discharged his weapon, isn't this a very blantant wrong-doing? Shouidn't the person sitting in the chief's chair take action against someone who lied during an investigation? It is a fact that one of the investigating officers tried to get that message to the chief's office and it was hushed up. Maybe WAVE3 should get involved, whoops, wrong idea, they wouldn't want to get the facts straight for once......War Wagon

I wouldn't be suprised if he get a big award from this administration. In his career he has done no police work. He said many times he can't do this or that against his people. He has left fellow officers in very tight situations from being a coward and nothing has ever happened. He has milked this system for the money and nothing more.

It is your problem in that you think you have to seperate and isolate parts of the community instead of doing what is good for the whole. When isolationists can mature and see that it is going to take a group effort to make this a better place, then we will have a chance to be a good city again. Make friends with the dirtbags, do absolutely no policework, and you will be loved and cherished by Jerry and the liberal media of Louisville. Even if White wanted to discipline someone like him, I really doubt if Jerry would allow it. White is a puppet and a fallguy who can leave town whenever the time comes. Jerry needs someone like him to insulate himself from the results of his incompetent administration.

Thats great, but "rappin" as you call it wasn't what he was hired to do. I have been to several appearances of "Sir Friendly C" and the children thought he was horrible and they walked away with no positive message at all. The positive messages need to come from the children's parents and no one else. If your hired to protect our citizens, then do it! Don't skate around it by trying to be talented!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe a word of this. If Ray was as bad as you say he is, he'd have been promoted to the Command Staff already. Besides, there are lots of people on this department who you couldn't trust to back you up. Why single out just one guy?

When "C" would come into the district off duty, we couldn't tell if he was a thug that was arrested or an officer. And if you would ask he would say, "shiet, doncha know me man I be Sir Friendly "C".
