Best I can tell, this is the first time Audubon Park has been involved in any kind of a death investigation involving its officers - if it goes anywhere, I'll be interested in how they handle it.

This was the same knucklehead that broke into a home on pope street 2 years ago and was shot by metro Police. He was released from prison a couple days ago.

Did he die during the struggle or after at U of L hosp. The headline is misleading and seems to point blame at the police. Wasn't it an overdose?
