LMPD Standoff With Barricaded Murder Suspect

While the murders "make the news" - I'm personally far more concerned about the robberies and home invasion burglaries - and car thefts. Murders are usually "personal" - we don't have that many true "stranger murders" in Louisville - but robberies and home invasions can affect anyone.

That may be so, but Street Crimes did something about the thugs BEFORE they got to killing eachother. They developed the information to be a little more proactive than reactive.
