Take him out for what? Lets see, to begin with he killed one person and shot at several police officers. I believe that makes deadly force justified. He SHOULD have been shot when he stuck his head up at the window to get some fresh air. But now we will get to go through a long trial then pay for his upkeep the rest of his life. Great job.
