Instead of hiring a few Detroit cops, we should lease the whole department. Just have the entire Detroit Police Department come down with all of their vehicles and start patrolling. We should then lease some "hang-em-all" judges and prosecutors from Texas and hire Sheriff Joe from Arizona to set up some prison work camps. Make all of our Officers, judges, and prosecutors go on vacation for a month and when they come back our streets will be crime-free and all of the criminals will be doing hard
