When will the killings end?

Not only the issue on the parking monies, but is it true that with the new "ALARM" fees that the company (out of town) is keeping 75% of the fines that the Louisville public has to pay? That adds up to alot of $$$$$$ over the year with all the alarm LMPD has to go on. It would be nice to have that money to hire and pay for officers to man the beat.

Talking about contract jobs, lets examine the Valvoline Deal. Joe Schmo off the street can go in and get the works done for $29.95 but if a Metro Car pulls in the bill is $63.00???? WTF???

AND

How about that Nappa auto parts deal. When the Shops ran their own parts departments everything was cool. The minimum increase in parts in cost to the city is 60% since Nappa is the supplier and some items went up over 600%.

Do you think Jerry got a kickback on that deal too???
