When will the killings end?

When are we going to face the facts. The best chief is the one coming or the one who was here (and he wasn't that great on either department!). We keep blaming everyone for what takes place in our city. We need to stop whining and do what we are paid to do. I don't care what policies the Chief comes up with or who the Mayor is, we need to stand proud of who we are and why we initially became the police officers we are today. This department has become a bunch of whining babies who just need to go to work, do their jobs and stop complaining. IT'S A JOB! GET A LIFE!
