Oh, I fully agree - what I was talking about was the assumption in the Louisville ordinances that it was, somehow, okay to park that way in the parks. Actually, it is NOT permissible to park in that area, either on or off the street, because that isn't strictly a park road, but best I can tell, no one there has ever been ticketed for it.
