You are absolutely SO RIGHT! I have a major pet peeve with particular parking violations that are allowed to continue in Shawnee Park (any Second District listening?) In no other park would people be allowed to use park property as their private parking area for junker cars - but best I can tell, they are never, ever cited for parking their cars in the park on the 4500 block of Southwestern Pwy. Come on guys, how long would it take to write a couple of cites for this? I know the Second District
