When will the killings end?

You are absolutely SO RIGHT! I have a major pet peeve with particular parking violations that are allowed to continue in Shawnee Park (any Second District listening?) In no other park would people be allowed to use park property as their private parking area for junker cars - but best I can tell, they are never, ever cited for parking their cars in the park on the 4500 block of Southwestern Pwy. Come on guys, how long would it take to write a couple of cites for this?

I know the Second District guys are busy, but as the above poster says, it gives you a legal reason to do a little more looking. I have a theory about "invisible people" as well, the mail carriers, paper carriers, meter readers - do you ever talk to them about what they see when they are lawfully in a location?
