Problem is, who do I call? A tipline where my information goes into a big hopper to eventually get sorted out among all the divisions and detective units? Why doesn't EACH DIVISION and unit have a contact number and eddress posted, for example, so I can send information to people. I've tried to call 911 at night will an emergency situation, only to be put off and told that because I can't give enough specifics, my information is useless.
