It seems like most LMPD officers find little joy in their work? If that is the case, why not seek a policing job elsewhere? Most agencies in Kentucky pay into the same retirement system, after all. You could go work for Clay or Menifee sheriff's office - oh, sorry, they've had to lay off deputies because they don't have any money at all .... Trust me, guys, you have it a LOT better than many cops throughout Kentucky.
