Thank you thank you thank you... I agree with you. Just because I'm a 25 year veteran, and some other officer only has a "pitiful 2.5 years of experience on this particular department", doesn't mean that I should rip him apart. More experienced officers have a bad habit of holding themselves higher than god, just like how parents seem to always assume that they are right when their children are wrong (sometimes this isn't true).
