32 Times! Obviouosly you don't know what you are talking about. In case you don't know it, every time a taser is used the Officer's supervisor has to make a report and download the information from the taser.
To anyone reading this, this never happened. It is amazing the stupid rumors some people will pass on as "fact" or "I heard" like it is gospel truth.
