are you saying when people pull their cars in the driveway next door and play music that rattles ever window in my house for a 1/2 hour and is filthy to boot, and I go out and the guy tells me to get back in the house and mind my own business that I don't have an issue. Or that it is somehow old peoples fault that kids harrass them or drunk's harrass people on the corner. It's like blaming the rape victim for the rape.
