Wish you could have come to work for JCPD instead of LPD they treated their laterals different (thought you were worth a little more as far as benefits and pay.) Didn't mean to offend but most laterals from LPD tell me they were treated like crap and given nothing and that is why I didn't apply to that dept. Again sorry didn't mean to offend but sometimes I get tired of the talk about laterals this laterals that.
