Rehiring LMPD Officers

Wish you could have come to work for JCPD instead of LPD they treated their laterals different (thought you were worth a little more as far as benefits and pay.) Didn't mean to offend but most laterals from LPD tell me they were treated like crap and given nothing and that is why I didn't apply to that dept. Again sorry didn't mean to offend but sometimes I get tired of the talk about laterals this laterals that.

No one FORCED you to accept employment. I was offered a recruit position and told them NO THANKS. I waited until a lateral class was hired. You took what they offered, you wern't FORCED. Sounds like you should have been patient. Don't blame someone else.
