Cutting the 4-10 plan from 3rd platoons isn't goig to happen. Why? Because RCW signed onto the program 2 years ago after talkong to Officers and supervisors about the merits vs. the downfalls of the plan.

One thing you can say about him is that he sticks to his guns. RIght or wrong on issues he stands by what he personally believes. I think that is to his credit in most issues. 10 hour shifts help the department a lot more than the harm it. You would not have anyone work that shift that had families, that had any time on the street or that had any sense if they went back to 8 hour shifts. 10 hour shifts make the quality of life for people with families bearable.
