NYPD Gets Awarded 10% Raise By Arbitration Panel

ok here we go again, much along the lines of the other story where police got just rewards. instead of making mean, funny, snide remarks like before let's use this as an example to get the same results here. i am tired of having to work off duty to try and make ends meet. it is bad enough that we give up holidays(by choice of profession) without any compesation, that we do work on out off time to try to make it instead of spending time woth our families. that we do not get shift differental pay, that a rookie officer makes on a dollar or two less than an officer with 12 or 13 years. now we have to have a degree or military. with a degree are you not supppose to make more( watch the commericals) random thoughts from a tired cop.

According to the Mayor, Louisville is the 16th largest city in America. Why are police officers getting paid as if Louisville is the 116th largest city? I thought we lived in a world class city. That is what the Mayor told us!
