RSVP is a reat start. I hope and pray that Chief White keeps the ball rolling by initiating more and stronger crime innitiatives. Community Policing works with receptive people, not with criminals. A strong emphasis on arrest and good prosecutorial standards, not back door deals, is what this community needs. Thank God we have a bunch of dedicated Officers from many different agencies that are willing to deal with these criminals.
