Officer Hammond will be missed by all who knew him or had the opportunity to get to know him not only as a fine officer but as a friend but a truly great individual. He was a proud man who loved his family, friends and life itself. I wish we had more great men in the world like him and who would go out of there way to help anyone who needed it.
