Excessive Force Against The Police?

It is know up to one of the three detectives. Only two filed grievances, the other one opted not to. If all three had filed, it would have been a "class Action" grievence and the FOP could have done more without needing the officers in question. Since one decided to lay down and take it, it was up to the other two to stand up. Now we need one of them to stand up and file a complaint against the sergeant while he is still on probation. If Chief White wants officers to be serious about accountability, then he will hold this sergeant accountable.
