I like that. It is so true. Displacing the problem does not correct the problem. Unfortunately so many of them think that taking an incompetant CO form one division and transferring them to another will solve the problem. Call it a hunch the pattern of stupidity will continue in the new assignment.

Even better than that, the Sgt. is apparently being moved to IA/OOPS (or whatever it is called now). This sounds like a great place for a Sergeant who likes to generate false paperwork concerning Officers' performances.
