I've asked, and gotten no explanation that makes sense. I've been in the building, it's a big, essentially empty shell, so there isn't much "deconstruct" to be done. I don't even know if they've bid out the plans for it. For some reason, things in Louisville take WAYYYYY too long, I don't know why. I can't figure out the holdup in getting over into that building, at least partially, why are we paying to heat/cool a building that is sitting empty?
