I certainly disagree with the ruling of the court. Disordrly conduct is disorderly conduct, however I do have a problem with the Indianpolis police. Recently I was in Indanapolis driving behind a marked police car and to the best of my knowledge I was driving within the speed limits, going no faster than the police officer.
