The only people with "Administrator" in their title are civilians. If you have a problem with doing policework, then quit or retire. Our Chief and most of our command staff are a living example of what happens when people skilled as political hacks are promoted into a job for which they're mostly incompetent. It's time for the City Council to restore the Civil Service process to making District Commanders, because the majority of the appointee-Majors just aren't up to doing the job.
