I live in Middletown, and there are NO DERBY EVENTS for me in the east end! I propose, nay, I DEMAND- Shelbyville road is to be closed from Blakenbaker to I-265, I have a vendor's market set up in the street, a stage with live bands on it, and I MUST be allowed to smoke weed or do meth (my choice), drink, and drive up and down Shelbyville road. I also MUST be allowed to walk on the street drinking from an open alcohol container, being obviously drunk, and I MUST be able to do all this WITHOUT reprisal
